• Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenditures and making adjustments as necessary to control costs and meet financial targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics and transport operations, aligning them with the overall objectives of the organization.

• Successfully managed multiple operations involving GPON deployment and civil infrastructure development, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards governing transportation operations, including driver hours-of-service regulations, vehicle maintenance requirements, and hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Managing civil construction operations from initiation to completion. Responsible and accountable to oversee budgets, schedules, and resources efectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of transportation operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Responsible to manage and liaise with various government authorities like SRTA, SDTPS, Sharjah, Ajman & UAQ Municipalities, SEWA, FEWA, MOID, TPD, Etisalat, Du, TRANSCO, Gas, UTICO, SNOC & other private authorities for all NOC submission and obtaining necessary permits.
• Verifying the vendor bills, purchase invoices and finally submitting to accounts department.
• Responsible to maintain the logistic supports related to the Projects.
• Successfully planned & managed warehouse operations and maintenance of vehicles and equipments.
• Managed logistics budgets, revenue, monitored expenses, and prepared progress reports for management.
• Coordinated with clients in operations team, warehouse team, maintenance team for all queries and requirements related to assigned task.
• Coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while optimizing routes and resources.
• Controlling and determining delivery costs, investigating delivery issues and assigning tasks to drivers.
• Use transportation management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor the location and status of vehicles in real-time, ensuring on-time arrivals and eficient route execution.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and clients.
• Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of funds owed to the company, as well as handle payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Preparing and verifying the Company Legal Documentation such as RTA, GCC border clearance documents and any Logistics authority documents.
• Planned and executed cash flows to maintain liquidity and support operational needs, facilitating smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
