Duties:
•Report to Head of Information Technology Department on project status, progress, budget, as well as on team members performance and procurement status
•Lead the IT Infrastructure team providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the availability and reliability of key systems and services to the business.
•Provide after hours and weekend support as and when required, always being on standby in the event of any incidents that affect operations from an ICT perspective
•Provide in-depth technical support and guidance to major systems/projects to ensure the delivery of quality and effective information technology solutions

•Provision of pro-active IT solutions in support of Business Process Improvements.
•Management of mobile & fixed line telecoms including company-wide upgrades; Management of all Helpdesk activities and Service improvement efforts.
•Provide business & financial justification for system upgrades and enhancements.
•In coordination with the Technology Department at NIC, assist the Animal Husbandry Department in defining the standards for application architecture, database design, development, and infrastructure deployment.
• Ensure quality and quantity of service delivery in support of service level agreements and enforcing organization standards
•Analyze the existing/ proposed projects in regard to strategic control, security, disaster recovery and business continuity

Assisting Project Managers in their daily routine of running projects. Overseeing and coordination project work, reporting project status.
Duties:
•Assisting Project Managers in their day to day duties.
•Assigning tasks and coordinating project work.
•Supervise and provide direction to Infrastructure staff; provide ongoing training, development, and coaching. Foster a positive and energetic work atmosphere, building the talents of the team and maintaining a good working relationship between engineering and service delivery as well as the rest of the ITS organization.
•The proven track record of delivering large scale IT projects global/cross-functional expertise.
•Partner with other E-procurement staff to ensure communication and resource requirements are effectively coordinated for priority initiatives.
•Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
•Ensure appropriate IT governance and controls are in place ensuring compliance with regulatory controls
•Regular reporting to the General Manager, providing clarity on the state of the ICT Infrastructure and ongoing strategic direction of the ICT environment

•Prioritize work and schedules. Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence standards/regulatory requirements.
•Provide support for capital and expense project budget and assist in capital and expense planning for IT projects
Responsible for the process of testing and quality control for the delivered software applications by HIS(Hospital Information System)
•Support in performance improvement of the section with regards to quality of processes and performance of software applications.

Responsible for all the inventory aspects of the site such as stock location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing. Also in charge of the accuracy of all data kept on the receiving, production, and shipment of stock
Working under E-governance project namely “CONFONET” (computerization and computer networking of consumer forums in country http://www.confonet.nic.in) With Jharkhand State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Ranchi, Jharkhand, department of Civil Food supply and Consumer Affairs.
