Responsible to support Multi technology, multi-vendor, multi-services & their Demands fulfilment for both local and Global Customers across all Regions under Managed and NDO services handling Circuit Core, Packet Core, IP Networks, IMS & voLTE, Wireline, IoT(PoC) and Cloud. Integrated Delivery Management & assurance of Service Excellence with E2E delivery responsibilities & ownership. Unit Strategy Alignment w.r.t Ericsson Business Strategy Model. Drive strategy execution. Cost efficiency, Profitability with Quality delivery. Apart from general Department administration, Internal collaborations, Employee engagement, Growth and development plan for individuals, Identifying right Leadership traits along with skills and competence.
Responsible for the Operations of Prepaid Network (CDMA & GSM) / VAS Nodes and its Service Assurance with 99.99% of Network availability. Handled 50+ engineers both central & at remote locations. Responsible for interfacing with Top Management, Circle CTOs & CDMA Leads, to identify the technological needs towards Service Assurance & KPI Management. Products configurations and its circle wise roll-outs as per Business needs and demands.
Responsible for Project management, support management and engineering co-ordination of all the O&M related issues w.r.t. contracts of the GSM Core switch within and outside the function. Assignments handled for the following Customer’s Network viz: Motorola India Limited, Mumbai, Motorola India Limited, Gurgaon, BPL Mobile Limited, Pune & Thuraya Telecommunication Company, Primary Gateway, Sharjah (UAE).
Responsible as a Switch Professional in Managerial Category for the Operation & Maintenance of Ericsson AXE-10 (08K) MSC and other GSM nodes viz. GSM inter working unit and Ericsson MXE system for Voice messaging and Short message service.
Responsible for Maintenance of computers and its peripherals in the service center as well as at the customer’s sites
