Position: Senior Customer Service Representative/Retail Sales Advisor.
Managing all the activities in branch
Dealing and assisting customers according to company prospects and registering for classes.
Scheduling the students classes according to instructors availability and students timing.
Making payments and receipts for the customers.
Closing cash by taking reports from company software, making denominations and depositing to company accounts by maintaining exact records.
Arranging tests for the students with Road and Transports Authority of Dubai.
Submitting regular reports to branch supervisor.
To handle escalated calls, complains, questions, and queries as necessary.
Meeting monthly targets assigned by the management.
Promoting specific lines under the guidance of management.
As a Customer Service Executive maintaining high standards of customer service, handling customer complaints with smooth resolution, product knowledge, and quality standards set by EDI. Developed high tolerance levels with a great deal of flexibility and team spirit.
