• Responsible for all project activities including liaison with both internal and external clients, contract and project administration, cash flow management, and planning and scheduling project crews Direct 300 and Indirect 94 and activities
• Optimizing Project budgets and individual project budgets across all program projects worth 150 Million SAR.
• Managed engineering crews of 55 technical working on oil, gas, and power plant projects, ensuring a high level of workmanship and effective utilization of engineers, materials, and software with good command of Team management, multi-disciplines engineering integration, Staff Management, Staff motivation, and Engineering procedures
• Ensured smooth operations by generating work schedules for all engineering disciplines, complete with timelines, budgets, and top oil and gas client specification guidelines
• Conducted on-site daily and office weekly meetings to discuss project progress with crews and troubleshoot and resolved any issues/problems impeding smooth workflow or project milestones
• Managed Engineering input integration with Procurement, quality, and construction activities and provide the required support on the spot
• Implementing and maintaining weekly Project manager meetings with function managers Focused on identifying and resolving technical and budget issues and monitoring project progress
• Acted as a single point of contact for all Project related communications with internal/external stakeholders- holders
• Develop clear and concise weekly/monthly Project reports detailing projects across the schedule, budget, technical issues Project Changes
• Ensuring Non-Conformances if any are closed and taking timely preventive and corrective actions
• Responsible for completing all Punch Items and Project Close Out, Handover Documentation, and finalization of all outstanding issues at Handover

Out of 14 Locations, we have successfully completed the construction work scope at 10 locations.
