Quality assurance and quality control work, analysis of test sample, chemical testing, water and west water analysis in accordance with standard operating procedures(SOP, s) and H&S and good laboratory practice(GLP); review research plan, procurement of chemicals and supplies, preparation of SOP, s, conformation of laboratory training.
Data interpretation and validation and assessing own analytical quality control (AQC) data to ensure accuracy and validity of report results.
Calibration and validation of all analytical equipments according to SOP, s.
Write failure reports, KPI reports, complain correspondence and certificate of analysis and report to the management group.
Verify the formulation of coolant, engine oil, break oil and related automotive chemicals, Manage all factory affairs; especially newly established laboratory, QC&QA work, support the technical team for the development of new products and start of running products.
Service covers the entire testing of water and petroleum product range, crude oil, finished product, fuel including gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, residual oil, LPG, petrochemicals, industrial gases and natural gas according to ASTM, ISO, and other recognized petroleum test method, including sample preparation, analysis and data processing; extensive use of LIMS, spectrophotometer and HPLC; specially C+5 group analysis through GC in Natural Gas for Eni Australia.
Worked within the capacity of Assistant executive officer, responsible for testing of crude oil and petroleum feedstock including API gravity, density, and relative density of crude oil, water content, sulphur content, crude oil assay, sample preparation, analysis and data processing, work on different international standards. Extensive use of spectrophotometer, FTIR, GC/MS and HPLC.
