Billing to customers (Onshore & Offshore Operation & back charge to Client)
Prepares Payments by verifying documents to Clients.
Cost Allocation of Inward bills.
Allocate all expenses (pass thru charges) relate to principal companies and back charge to them accordingly.
Handling Petty cash to meet daily expenses.
Handling Immigration expense for staff new visa,
RP Renewals & exit permit etc.
Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare Forecast for the month.
Assist for salary preparations, calculation of overtime, expenses etc
Make payment for all Company Mobile and landline bills (Ooredoo Q.S.C)
Make payment for Water & Electricity Bills for Company.
The major areas which are under focus in Ahlibank are listed below;
Target to approach new companies, study his financial statement and add him in bank approved
companies list.
Get employees payroll list from HR Department and make salary segments and find how many
employees are eligible for Bank’s products i.e. credit card, loan, auto loan etc.
Open salary transfer accounts for all employees.
Giving Sales Presentation (Demonstrating product features and requirements)
Providing the customers with proper guidance
Choose products of their suitability.
Case Proceeding and smart follow up till customers application is approved
Preparing daily sales report, reporting to Branch Manager with coordination of team leader.
Responsible for cross-selling various products to customers. E.g. Home loan, Home
Improvement loan, Commercial loan, Loan against property, Auto-top up loan etc.
