a) Spreads the financial statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Projections) under Bank’s Spreading System.
b) Analyzes and interpret the financial statements using tools of financial analysis (Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis, Cash Flow Statement Analysis, and Peer Analysis).
c) Prepares complete Credit Approval Memorandums for new/renewal/amendment proposals with the guidance of concerned Corporate Banking Manager.
d) Prepares the Risk Rating of Corporate Clients in line with the bank’s Risk Rating Model.
e) Prepares review reports on previously submitted Credit Approval Memorandums, when needed.
f) Contacts customers at the request of Relationship Manager for any additional information/clarification, to assist in the financial analysis/Credit Approval Memorandum.
g) Collects and analyzes information from various internal and external resources on company, business, and industry performance and associated risks.
h) Assists Unit Heads during client calls.
i) Coordinates with Relationship Managers/Unit Heads for timely disposal of cases.
j) Liaises with Relationship Manager/Unit Head in case of any comments by Risk Management on Credit Approval Memorandums submitted to Risk Management for review.
k) Prepares business and market reports at the request of Relationship Manager/Unit Head.
l) Develops / improves the quality of credit submissions, and provides quality service to all Corporate Banking Division staff.
m) Performs other related duties as assigned.
n) The documentation and implementation for the operation administration of corporate transactions and agented facilitis to the syndicated loan
