Due to the Crisis of the global pandemic Corona and the financial hardship the country is going through, the Palestinian Monetary Authority was forced to transfer many high-paid employees to the early retirement program, as I was one of these employees.

Essence of Role/Key Accountabilities:
•Manage the Department’s staff and overall activities.
•Develop and update general services strategies to ensure the achievement of the organization’s goals in an efficient, transparent and cost effective manner.
•Develop the department’s overall annual budget and work plan according to the business objectives.
•Aadministrate and monitor the Department’ budget; and conduct periodic operational audits and analyses to ensure compliance with established laws, policies, and procedures.
•Supervise the preparation and continuous updating of the department’s policies and procedures.
•Oversee and participate in planning and coordination of the Department’s operations, including overall facilities planning, maintenance and operations, custodial services, purchasing/contracts, warehouse and transportation.
•Direct the development, update and automation of inventory, procurement, asset management, security and housekeeping systems.
•Oversee the availability of an adequate, secure, healthy and comfortable physical environment for PMA staff.
•Oversee the coordination and follow up with other departments regarding service related matters
•Assign responsibilities to subordinates, approve their job descriptions and communicate changes, if any, to the Head of Human Resources Department
•Develop, motivate and ensure appropriate training for subordinates.
•Propose salary reviews and personnel actions, such as promotions and performance awards, and provide feedback to employees
•Maintain discipline, and recommend and administer corrective action with the cooperation of the Director of Human Resources Department

Second Degree , BS, Law, Al-Quds University, Jerusalem, Palestine, June 2013 with Grade rating excellent.
