To assist the Material engineer/Technical Manager in coordinating and directing materials inspection and testing
Performing all type of mix designs Designs of asphalt mix of Marshal Method
(QCS2014, Superpave, Marshal Method (Polymer Modified Bitumen) and CBM (Cement Bounded Materials)
ASTM, AASTHO, Standards Asphalt Superpave.
Conducting all quality tests on aggregates and Asphalt
Planning, scheduling and monitoring of Laboratory activities.
Co-ordinate with consultants And Clients.
To assist a Material engineer/Technical Manager in coordinating and directing materials inspection and testing within multiple section of specialized areas in the central materials laboratory transportation center.
Performing all quality tests on aggregates, Soil, Asphalt & Concrete
Controlling the concrete quality from the batching up to pouring, Day to day perform Quality tests on aggregates such as Gradation, Specific Gravity, Sand Equivalent etc & Updating Batch Weights
Witnessing Concrete pouring, Slump Tests etc and all Laboratory Tests
Control over all Technicians/ Lab aids in the Laboratory and ensure the reports made by them are exact and complete
Quality checking for Pre & Post construction activities and no compromise in quality
I am tooking Asphalt Plant Production Control also.
Ensure the calibration of all QC equipment’s and Asphalt Plant as per QC plan and As Per ASTM Standard Methods
Reviews and evaluates materials inspection reports and test results for accuracy and credibility; advises staff on methods for improve effectiveness of reporting requirement and record keeping procedures.
To visit Construction sites and co-ordinate Field Tests.
I have knowlage and successful completed of ISO, external audits.
Concrete repairing Works like Major and minor Honeycombs treatments, Grouting for seepage and construction joints water testing as per Method statement.
Have prevalent knowledge on ASTM BS IS Superpave Methods.
Individually handled all Quality activities at site
Maintain the records for the same.
Preparing all test results reports and Monthly reports to Ministry of Transport.
Preparing & handing over documents and conducting final handing over tests along with ministry of Transport.
Updates the progress of work relates to Lab activities.
Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
Preparing Audit documents
