• Manage the entire process in the planning of supply chain warehouse activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
• Ensure effective lines of communication between Operations, Project Managers, Engineers and the procurement team to ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of goods, works and services
• Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and service delivery
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors that facilitate a smooth flow of deliveries to projects

• Accountable for:
o Raising PO for inter company
o Correct and proper warehousing
• Involved in:
o Verifying inventory statement & all stock receipts with documents and ensuring timely preparation of GRN
o Reviewing and reporting non-selling items, slow & fast moving lines, non-movers, damages & ageing items
• Carrying out cycle counts & reconciliation and reporting variances
• Generating monthly age wise inventory report
• Gathering and providing information on customers likes, dislikes & opinions to the Buying & Designing Team
• Closely monitoring:
o Effective stock replenishment to the store and ensuring stock availability
o Correct rotation of stock on shelves and assisting in accurate stock counts as per store requirements
• Adhering to customer service standards within the department
• Effectively resolving customer queries & complaints
• Following procedures for dealing with specific customer orders
• Oversaw storage & dispatching of products to inter-company and prepared customer-based daily schedules & inventory count cycle reports
• Conducted daily physical stock movement audits and identified & corrected stock variance
• Tracked the stock movements (incoming & outgoing) of products in terms of product code, quantity & quality
• Ensured proper filing and safe-keep of all documents related to inventory
• Carried out periodic checking of inventory to ensure that the physical quantities tallied with books/system
• Handled daily teller tally activity & maintained all manual record
• Prepared Sales Executive & Counter Wise daily sales report
Looking after the proper and timely inbound and outbound dispatches of the material
Co-ordination with customer and supplier
Customer delivery and feedback
Verify the Inventory statement.
Tracking all in transit.
Management of loading and unloading of vehicles and transport bill passing.
Inventory handling, and management.
Verify all stock receipts with documents and ensure timely preparation of GRN
Monitor daily dispatches as per the indents received.
Conduct Cycle counts and report variances and also reconciliation.
Report on all sales returns.
Ensure all defectives are returned to vendors as per the agreed schedule.
Ensure complete and correct documentation with correct inventory valuation for all stock movements.
Ensure proper safe keep and usage of all transit and other statutory forms.
Ensure correct and proper warehousing.
Verify all outward freight claims.
Prepare a monthly age wise inventory report.
Daily & Monthly MIS report.
