Make report (factory disclaimer, specs, carton and draft) of each inspection protocol and send it on same day.
Conduct various Inspections of GAP in Different Factories of Pakistan.
To acquire sourcing information, shipment report and test report at the time of allocating the inspection.
Construct the AOQ curve and average total Inspection (ATI) for the sampling Plan.
To measure the AQL of specks, OCR, packing and Workmanship.
Visit the warehouse were shipment is stocked and check individual the condition of cartoon, bar codes
counting and collect the samples from them according to the AQL.
Collect the individual sample from each carton and take pictures for attaching with the report.

guage, lining quality, closures, stretch test for elastic and knitted fabric.
Find the average total inspection for lots with an incoming proportion nonconforming.
Garment washing check, compare the hand feel, abrasion.
Check all washed areas to verify it’s free from holes or damaged fabric.

Check the tensile strength of woven fabric and their gram per square meter (GSM).
Internal audit of Quality management system ISO900.
Conduct quarterly audit to control the yield percentage.
Follow up the quality instruction from quality assurance department.
