1- Talent Acquisition:

To update & maintain approved Manpower strength.
Manage End to End Recruitment & Selection Nationwide (Sales, Technical & Non-Technical).
To develop and update the CV Bank.
To Head Hunt the CVs through cost-effective recruitment methods and shortlist as per requirements.
To onboard the incumbents as per the lead time mentioned in the SOP and get the necessary documentation done.
To Schedule the interviews (Individuals and Panel Interviews) and ensure maximum attendance of candidates.
Responsible to prepare and issue offer letters, contract letters, and other related documents for selected candidates.
To manage reference & background verification of documents and candidates.
Writing Job advertisements and selecting advertising media and vendors.
Preparing hiring manual and ensuring its implementation and time-to-time improvements.
Responsible to attend the job fairs.
Coordination with the Relevant Departments heads in Separation of Employees & Firings.

2- Administration:
Provide the support to the top management as substitute.
Rotate the Top Management Emails and messages to the concerned departments & Individuals.
Forward and receive all the correspondence such as letters and packages and approvals on behalf of top management.
To arrange the meetings, take of Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Distribute and Follow-up of all the Information and targeted Tasks.
Share the various kind of reports with the management.
Answering the Employee queries and concerns on immediate basis and resolve their grievances.
Generation of new employee’s Email ID’s and Issuance of Sims Cards to the Employee’s.
To Arrange the Desktop stations for new joiners in coordination with IT Department.
Assist the Chief Manager Administration in transportation, Maintenance & canteen management.
Allocating the tasks & directing the admin staff as required.
Systematically filing all the company documents.
Arrange the monthly events of sales staff.
Assist the Payroll Management Section in Payroll Activities i.e. Leaves, Overtimes, Resignations Matters, Provident Fund, Obsolete and dissolved seats, Transfers, Joining Documentations, Deductions and Final Settlements etc.

3- Learning & Development:
To prepare the Annual Training Plan in coordination with the departments heads and representatives.
Preparations of approved trainers list with ISO Standards requirements and maintain the trainer’s files and certificates.
To conduct the TNA of low performing employees and arrange the trainings accordingly.
To arrange the trainings on new projects and assessments.
To maintain the trainings Dashboard and documentations.

To make the personal employee files and get them enrolled in the system.
Ensure the biometric attendance of employees in coordination with IT department.
To Process payroll (ERP) for employees in the organization and ensure its accuracy for an audit of point of view.
Verification of payroll processing e.g. Loans, Deductions, Gross salary comparisons, Overtimes, Mess, Food Allowances, Utilities, Advances etc.
To address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system.
To look upon and process the leaves encashment and maintain the dashboard in excel.
Coordinate the Software’s team in case of new additions and discrepancies in salaries.
To prepare the final settlements of employees and get them verified with the Audit department.
To issue the show cause, warning, termination, and related letters to the employees.
To conduct the process of handing over and taking over from the employees.
