Duties & Responsibilities
Undertake and responsible for Civil & Architectural work measurement and valuation.

Prepared formats and initiated a standard procedure for Interim Quantity Report, monthly payment certificates, forecasted quantity report and progress report.
Successfully led a QS team and completed tasks on time efficiently.
Preparation of Stage 1 to Stage 3/ Class 1 to Class 5 order of cost estimation.
Assessment and providing award recommendation as per the Sub consultants commercial proposals.
Preparation of PQQ data base and managing the consultants in the database and timely updating correspondence and securities and bonds.
Responsible for tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preparing preambles.
