I was promoted as supervisor in this company . My job role is, adhaar project in benguluru rural, our company is undertaken by government sector . Adhaar card is like citizenship in india, operators use to take public finger prints, thier retina scan and image through web cam and address of that person after collecting all they will give reciept for what they have captured, within 15 to 20 days the aadhar card is ready and will delivered to the person homes through post. Our work was offline, we store data in hard discs, once in 15 days or a month we upload the data to server and the server is linked to the main server. Then the process goes on atlast to develop (print ) each adhar card. Each aadhar card contains a chip which describes a particular person in detail. Previously I was operator then promoted to supervisor . supervisor work is to look upon on operators . Thats it sir
