Assisting in the Tendering/Bidding process from planning & prequalification until award, ensure it is implemented as per the procurement policy and procedures.
Effectively communicate oral and written resolution of issues with all internal and external partners.
Receive RFPs, and support with the issuing orders in accordance with specifications required.
Proactively identify opportunities for sourcing and cost savings.
Observe and apply established corrective actions on procurement process when required to enhance performance (reduction of time / cost).

Be involved from the planning/initiation phase of projects until close-out of purchasing packages and relates to the acquisition of materials and equipment in support of engineering and construction management.
Support with the technical evaluation process and the commercial evaluation of acceptable bids; support with the preparation of award recommendations for suppliers.
Implement purchasing procedures and templates/documents to be used on the project.
