• Supervision on 10 villas at Umm Al Suqaim2- Dubai. The client M/s Engineering Office (EO), approximately cost 15 Million Dirham.
• Signs off the site engineer’s daily construction reports, Checks and agrees weekly progress of the section of works for measurement of progress, recognizes contractor performance issues and provide options for improvement, Reviews contractor’s weekly work plans.
• Understands the contractor’s contract schedule and scope, and ensures compliance is met. Informs the RE of any deviations from the contract, performs technical reviews of materials, drawings, test data, product data, material samples, purchase orders, inspection reports, delivery schedules, instruction manuals, shop drawings and technical data to assure compliance with the contract requirements.
• Reviews method statements, inspection/test plans, risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with the contract, assists in the implementation and resolution of RFIs’ and NCRs, Prepares and/or provides input to design change requests/notice, participates in site inspection requests, factory inspections and shop testing as directed by the RE.
• Participate in meetings with contractors as required.
• Reviews and inputs to contractor’s progress payment applications as requested by RE.
• Ensure Contractor Quality plans are being followed to achieve the required quality of work at site. Ensure correct quality records and procedures are followed and recorded.
