- Reporting to the General Manager
- Responsible for Running both indoor/ outdoor sales divisions handling all the sales activities and make sure to implement the company policies, vision and the new structure through coordinating and monitoring the developments of each division, and to urge for a progressive results and achievements to the whole department.
- In corporation with both managers for indoor/outdoor to set for each division plans and targets hence to establish the final framework for the sales department.
- Planning for the annual budget and making sure to be fulfilled by the commercial team throughout the year.
- Reporting to the agency top management and directly to the H/O in Marseille with the latest and updated challenges, achievements and requirements.
- Coordinating with all company departments to insure a commercial efficiency and to meet customers’ needs and satisfactory.
Managing the logistics support services in shipping and inter-modal, air freight, LCL shipments, clearance, warehousing and all related supply chain process for small, medium and big projects.
- Running and monitoring the sales process and making sure of implementing the commercial plans and the company core of business.

- Direct and constant contact with the company’s clients to make sure their business is duly handled.

- Running and Directing the whole commercial process for sea freight “containers and RORO”, inland transport, Air freight and clearance services.
- Organizing the structure of the company for operations and outdoor sales team for daily, monthly work.
- Increasing the customers base by targeting new customers to support the diversified business of the company.
- Bringing more agents to the company from Europe and Asia as business partners and making contracts with them.
- Main task to Target small fish and scan the market though regular sales calls and direct visits.
- Filing rates on system and offer customers the rates by email, fax and phone hence to record these quotations and customers approvals.
- Activate bookings done by customers and make sure there business is perfectly handled.
