- Analyze and specify the business needs through gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to in-house development team or to third party systems providers

-Looked after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plan proper budget and quotations for the systems
-Provided training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems

Currently i am working as a business analyst/Pre-sales consultant.
My main daily tasks are:
• Prepare analysis documentation/uses cases for an HRMS solution
• Follow up on development tasks assigned to the developers
• Report the project progress to the top management
• Meet with clients to gather and define business requirements
• Do demonstrations on the application as a Pre-sales consultant
• Give training on the application for new clients

Worked on the customization and integration of the Financial Fusion application, an e-banking solution.
Worked using the following technologies: Java, JSP, JSTL, HTML, JavaScript, APIs.
Implemented the application at BLC Bank

Worked on the development of “Webforce”, a web business application including Time & Attendance, HR, Payroll and Workflow modules.
Worked using the following technologies: JSP, Java, HTML, JavaScript, Powerbuilder, SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.
