• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with sales departments to execute.

• Gather and analyze customer insight through face to face interviews
• Develop and assign Sales Target to Sales Team (All Regions)
• Prepare and submit Marketing Intelligence Report based on 3 C’s Customer, Company & Competitors)on monthly base
• Develop sales strategies incorporate with marketing
• Prepare & Analyze PSI (Purchase, Sales &Inventory) on weekly basis
• Address consumer pain point through Voice of Customer (VOC) process
• Distributor’s Service Capabilities:
- Service Network Expansion
- Monitor Service Parts Management system for successful service operation
- Organize Customer Satisfaction Index Survey every month to analyze customer pain points
• Organize Technical Trainings:
To improve technical expertise of distributor’s technicians
- Arrange Korean Trainers from Head Office
-Train The Trainer (TTT) from LGEME Dubai academy
• Closely Monitor Product Quality Issue:
- Resolve all product quality issue with the help of LGEME Dubai&
HQ Korea Quality team
• System Trainings:
Conduct Training Sessions for,
- Customer Support Solution (CSS Middle East) System for data inputting, gathering and closing in the system
- Technicians Rental Parts consumption & management
- Conduct Global Service Front System (GSFS) Training to procure
Parts & others from LG middle East (Dubai) office
• Channel Relationship (Dealers):
- Collective visit with Distributor’s Manager at Dealer’s market to listen and resolve voice of Dealers
• Run LG Customer Information Center (CIC)
- Train, develop, and motivate CIC staff to improve productivity
- Maintain CIC KPI
- Rectify Call center servers trouble shoots with the assistance of HQ
• Supervise Mobile Service Center(Care & Delight Service Center)
- Part order/Stock management
- Out of Warranty Income management
- C&D Staff work management (Attendance sheet etc)
• Participation in Launching Activity with new distributor
• Analyze distributor PSI report every month.
• Improve Product display and In-store communication.
• Effectively manage product advertising budget.
• Product Road Map and new model introduction.
• Co-ordinate all import correspondence matters and follow-up issues b/w H/O and distributor as a mediator.
• Develop annual marketing plans
• Look after two out of ten corporate customers zones in Karachi.
• Formulate plan for product selling.
• Providing support to the senior product (brand) manager in the development of the brands through the coordinated use of specified elements of the marketing mix.
