• Review project specification, Drawings and Bill of Quantity to identify all Engineering requirement for project.
• Ensuring preparation of shop drawings at highest standard
• Initiate materials requisition for executions of projects
• Prepare material submittals and Method statements of all materials of project
• Prepare and submit work notifications for client/Engineer for new activities.
• Prepare weekly progress report for Engineer/client
• Monitor the procurement schedule and coordinate with purchase department and on delivery of long lead, critical and bulk materials
• Following Approved programming schedule to complete work at time
• Well knowledge of installation of all equipment of firefighting system according to NFPA standard e.g Fire pump installation. Alarm check values, Zone control values. Automatic sprinklers, Fire hose cabinet system, Water spray system, Water mist system, FM200, Foam suppression System and Pre action system
FIRE ALARM EXXPERIENCE
• Good command over installation of Fire Alarm devices and equipment e.g Fire Alarm Control panels, Detectors, sounders, flashers, Monitor modules, Emergency lighting systems and central battery & monitoring system.
• Well knowledge of All material properties of Fire fight and Fire Alarm system
DOCUMENTATION
• Material purchase requisition request, inventory stock update, manpower record and worker allocation Records
• Inspection raise of completed work, daily progress report, daily planning of work and weekly output meeting of project.
• Supervise all technicians and labours on site.
• Keep quality and quantity of work in field .
HVAC ENGINEER: Duration ( 1 year )
• Installation of all types of Ducting and chill water piping system.
• Good Knowledge of ducting System e.g FAD, SAD, RAD, KED and TED.
• Installation and connections of chiller .cooling towers and AHU.
• Connection of FCUs and all types of grills and diffusers
• Installation of Fire dampers, VCD and all types of regulating values
• Installation, testing and commissioning of Hvac system (Air cooled/water cooled) for residential and commercial buildings.
SITE ENGINEER.
Responsible to supervise all mechanical services in project.
BOQ and material handling to execute project smoothly.
Daily work plan and worker allocation
Documentation related to all project including inspection raising for material and work.
Well knowledge about all fire protection system and HVAC Syatem
