Work duties
• Taking ownership for queries from first contact to resolution.
• Interacting directly with potential, new and existing clients.
• Development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships.
• Accurately updating administrative records.
• Resolving face to face, telephone and email queries quickly and to
completion
• Responsible for Configuring and Troubleshooting of LAN and
WLAN Connectivity.
• Installs and troubleshoots personal computers, laptops, networking
equipment such as LAN, WAN Routers, Switches, , Software and
Connectors, Wireless Ubiquiti Router Board), and Cisco products
• Installation and Configuration of CCTV cameras DVR/NVR on
project base
• Installation And Configuration of LAN, WAN, Routers, SwitchesProficientinOperating, Installationandmaintenanceof
• Installation, troubleshooting & integration of security systems
IP/Analog CCTV
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that
arise
• Managed installation, configuration and administration ofCisco
equipment in IT architecture of organization. Configured IT
LAN/WAN elements and held responsibility of maintaining and
monitoring performance of network.
