To optimize the running plant operation.
To improve the production rate as well as quality of the product.
Daily coordination meeting with departmental heads to resolved technical issues for timely completion of production target by preventive actions.
To manage all kind of plant inputs and out puts.
To study and verify any engineering change at production floor.
To execute and manage the erection fabrication of expansion project as per given time schedule.
To raise the erection material and equipment demands required for expansion project.
Planning and supervision of shut down jobs.
Verification of all kind of inventory level of consumable.
Over all plant maintenance to avoid production loss.
To get maximum achievements/efficiency through man power.
Manage all Government and personnel matters related to factory and employees.
Perform other assigned by the superiors from time to time.
Liaison with all departments for personal matters, leaves, recruitment and technical evaluation of staff.
Recommendation for staff up-gradation.
Verify the issuance of hot and cold work permits and insure the safety measures taken during plant maintenance.
Reported to Chief Executive to update the site concerned matter on daily basis.
