• Primarily responsible in working with ERP system (Oracle) in the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) making sure that business terms are in line with the company goals and objectives.
• Research and register potential vendors and maintaining profitable relationships beneficiary to both ends.
• Conducts Request for Quotation (RFQ), negotiate received quotations and awarding the best vendor to secure advantageous terms.
• Making sure that PO’s are created considering that quality products are maintained and reasonable pricing is meet with the negotiable business terms.
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers by collecting and providing all required information to ensure contractual terms and conditions are met and executed according to companies’ best interest.
• Receiving purchase request (PR’s) and working closely with the technical team to counter check that the requested materials are correct and studied accordingly based on the demands and required specifications by the client.
• Safekeeping of procurement records and other important data and documents both in soft and hard copies for future reference.
• Assisting business units in assessing budgets before procuring goods and services as a response in cost cutting and avoid wastage of procurement.
• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
• Prepares payment certificates, received invoices and delivery notes and process the following for billing purposes.
• Analyze urgency and purchase of materials trough petty cash in an urgent basis or as per the project requirements.
Receipts the material in store, after QA/Qc verification update record in Oracle system then issue to user at site.
Regular monitor the fast moving items to raise material request for the store stock and also for the site requirement.
Receipt the invoices, attach delivery notes and submit to finance to proceed further.
