Responsible for batch standardization of products.
Responsible for shift wise loss and gain reports.
Responsible for production planning.
Provide practical plan at daily production meeting which meets the order fulfillment requirements and report on plan fulfillment from previous production day.
Maximize plan fulfillment through plan that matches incoming raw material to labor/equipment utilization in factory.
Ensure packaging requirements are sufficient to fulfill daily plan and immediately flag up any potential variances to Senior Stock Controller.
Review the production plan with the Production Manager to ensure the products are always available to the consumers.
Optimize product (yield & wastage) and plant utilization to maximize the contribution to profitability of the operation.
Ensuring the correct staffing levels for each shift.
Monitoring staff performance during a shift and addressing any shortcomings.
Motivating staff to deliver better results.
Providing leadership to a team during a shift.
Coordination with quality control lab for making trials of new products.
Schedule and attend the quality meetings & at all sections in the Plant when necessary.
