 Al-Ain Cement Company, 10, 000 t/d (UAE), (July 2013 to date)
Joined as Preventive Maintenance Engineer. Carrying out the critical inspections (running and stoppage)
of all mechanical equipment and initiate requests / work orders based on observations. Measure and monitor
equipment conditions, analyze trends, and identify/propose the needs for maintenance. Follow-up and update
inspection schedule, daily work record and equipment’s history by using “SAP” software.
 Union Cement Company, 10, 000 t/d (UAE), (Feb 2008 to June 2013)
Functioned as Mechanical Inspector PPC Section, remains responsible for Inspection of mechanical
equipment based on daily operational, stoppage inspections, modifications, rectifications and special case studies to enhance the plant performance accordingly, meanwhile to update the machine history in respective formats. Planning and scheduling of shutdown, planned and unplanned preventive and predictive aintenance, Enhancement of scheduled jobs and to update the management. Comprehensively going through spare parts inventory and drawings. Equipment’s history record of inspection, parametric check, components replacement or repairing and shutdown activities by using “ERP” Oracle based Maintenance System.

Worked as an Engineer in mechanical department. Responsible for the erection & Commissioning
of Loesche Mill (Vertical Roller Mill), as well coordinator with plant suppliers and erectors.

Worked as Supervisor in mechanical department. With the scope of responsibilities as maintenance
of rotary equipment’s in Kiln area and documentation.
 Maple Leaf Cement Limited, 4000 t/d (Aug 2002-Dec 2005)
Worked as Supervisor Mechanical on Kiln area. With the scope of responsibilities as the erection,
commissioning, maintenance of machines, Initiate and follow up for procurement of spares.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Carry out the scheduled inspection (running and stoppage) of all mechanical equipment and initiate
requests / work orders based on inspection results.
 Monitor and co-ordinate condition predictors, for all critical equipment through specific inspections by using
special condition monitoring tools.
 Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule.
 Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets.
 Keep in file the information related to the execution of inspection.
 Improve the preventive maintenance job plans in accordance to the plant requirement.
 Improve/update existing job plans based on experience / advice and equipment history.
 Contribute to the RCA (Root Cause Analysis), recommending corrective actions.
 Propose economic ways to extend the life of plant equipment.
 Measure and monitor equipment conditions, analyze trends, and identify/propose the needs for maintenance.
