Managing all data and due diligence functions related to quality and technical compliance across the entire operation to achieve and maintain BRC, Red Tractor and all other technical audit standard

Have reviewed Third party audits and followed-up with (8) different Certification Bodies (CBs)
Conducted Gap Analysis against ISO 22000 and HACCP Criteria for all GCC sites
Have executed Quality/Food Safety Planning
Have Audited, Inspected and provided consultancy at GCC Premises
Conducted and assisted the audits of vendor sites for raw materials with purchase Dept. coordination
Conducted the trainings of GCC staff regarding Awareness of ISO Standards, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP etc.
Have calculated nutritional Facts for more than 300 recipes by using Globally accepted software (Nutribase)
Have Trained more than 4000 employees, food safety, HACCP and personal hygiene at 80 different GCC sites.
Have Headed the project to being Certified against ISO 9001-2015, 45001-2018, 14001-2015

Approved Trainer of HABC against Food Safety and HACCP of L1, 2, 3, 4 (conducted 90+ sessions)
