• Monitor daily construction status of all sites allocated and by periodic site visits to verify acceptability of construction standards.
• Implementation of HSSE guidelines at sites as per TP standards.
• Revisiting sites for the clearance of punch list (if applicable) for the Final Acceptance of the network elements/systems and send recommendation of Final Acceptance to the Line Manager.
• To Escalate/clarify with the Line Manager, technical problems that might occur during implementation.
• Responsible for timely deployment of power infrastructure at sites falling in my domain.
• Responsible for the planning of inspections, perform inspections, monitoring of material tests, identifying and commenting upon poor work quality or construction practices, review milestones and site schedule, measurement and verification of final As Built quantities and regular reporting of status for all sites under area of my responsibility.
• To follow up the guidelines provided by Line Manager and ensure implementation of the guidelines across the projects.
• Project Reporting and tracking.
• Maintaining of a personal site construction folder for each site.
• To Conduct Partial Acceptance and Final Acceptance Testing on sites.
• Follow up the progress of site implementation.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Liaising with client departments and customers.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
• Execution of Buildings i.e. Barracks, Stores, Unarmed combat shad, MT Workshop, Training Aid Store, Power substation Mock Rural, Mock Urban, Watch Towers etc and Overhead water tank, Pump house, Water supply Lines, Drains, Retaining walls, Toe wall, Butt wall, culverts, Firing Range, Sewerage System, Septic Tanks etc.
• To conduct Different relevant tests on Site as per ASTM codes and Standards.
• Well command over AutoCAD to prepare additional drawings, as built sketches and other purpose.
• Making of daily Progress report
• Execution and layout of the building.
• To ensure that work in progress is according to agreed specifications & standards.
• Supervising of all the items of Buildings and Roads
• Site visits to resolve the technical problems. .
• Report the progress as per requirement of the program.
• Dealing with Consultant, Client and Donor.
• Supervision of construction Activities i.e. Buildings, Water Supply, Sewerage System and other Infrastructure works.
• Provide technical training and advice on hazard resistant and improved building construction to building contractors, masons, steel-fixers and carpenters.
• Monitor construction progress and give on site advice.
• Planned & Execute specialized construction like family flats, Mosque, water retaining structures, pre-casting, Overhead water tank, Water supply Lines, Drains, Pump House, Retaining Wall, Service Roads etc.
• Managed, Supervise & run the Project providing services like bar bending calculations and solution to field engineering issues.
• Supervising of all the items of Buildings and Roads.
• To ensure agreed safety measure at site
• To conduct different relevant tests like Concrete Compressive Strength, Sieve Analysis, Slump and Field Density tests etc at site.
• Prepared, Verified & Monitored project estimates, Interim payments, Final Bills.
• Different Concrete tests and supervision of tools and Plants and all the machinery at site
