➢Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing reports, and fulfilling other assigned duties.
➢Develop and implement efficient operating procedures for the department to optimize workflow.
➢Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
➢Prepare budgets and diligently monitor expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility within the department.
➢Ensure strict adherence to university policies and procedures, promoting compliance at all times.
➢Take charge of personnel matters, including recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of staff within the department.
➢Act as a representative of the department in meetings with university officials and external stakeholders.
➢Devise strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
➢Provide support and assistance to the Director, faculty, and students in the program.
➢To handle discipline matters of students & student's code of conduct, (dress code etc.).
➢Draft notes and create official documentation for files.
➢Keep course offerings information up to date.
