I am overlooking the Accounting and the Taxation activities in the company especially the implementation of the VAT in UAE region at the clients sites. The Major responsibilities include
-- Planning for VAT on the behalf of the clients
-- Implement the upcoming VAT at the client's site and determine the impact of the VAT on the accounting system of the client.

Financial Controller (September 2015 to December 2016)
• Directed finance, accounting, human resources and facilitate management. Positioned company for growth by scaling infrastructure, developing viable financial models and planning capital requirements. Selected and implemented new accounting network.

Designed the portfolio with a balance of the risk and return which provide the minimum interment return between 13% - 15% for the risk low risk taker investors and between 20% - 25% for the medium to high risk taker.
Investment Adviser (May 2003 - May 2005)
On the basis of the equity research reports and the stock market reports, comprehensive financial models were prepared using the advanced MS Excel tools which generate the forecasted financial statements, fair market value of the companies and perform the other sensitivity analysis to assist the fund managers to make the investment decisions. Than these decision were used to attract the new investors to invest in the GCC market using our platform.

A specialization in Finance with emphasis of Hedging strategies and the Business Valuation. I conducted my final research project (dissertation) on optimizing the the Options Pricing strategies for the currency options.
Specialization in International Finance and Investment Portfolio Management. I secured a distinction and the scholarship throughout my study period with a final average 80% score.
