Currently working as a Design review and Project development Engineer in Distinguished Experts for AE
Consultancy, Riyadh Saudi Arabia and handling the Infra and superstructure Iconic Projects in different size of
Mixed use buildings and urban planning M/S. Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) during the period
Review design consultants concept and detail design reports and drawings in accordance with master plan and relevant design codes and design criteria and prepare the review sheets for client approval based on Municipality brief.
Ability in the supervision and management of team regarding all aspects of wet utilities and Multi - storey Parking buildings throughout all the design stages
Understand regional roads & utility design criteria and ability to effectively liaise with relevant statutory authorities and stakeholders at various stages of design to ensure compliance of the design with the prevalent regulations.
Knowledge of relevant engineering design standards manuals, codes, best practice guidelines, standard construction specifications, engineering drawing standards, and authority’s approval requirements such as Riyadh Municipality, National water company, MEWA and civil defense
Prepare the design for all infrastructure utilities including (Storm drainage systems, water distribution network, sewage, firefighting external networks, irrigation main network and District cooling network)
Hydraulic design for wastewater treatment plants and water treatment plants.
Hydraulic design for all the utilities structures such as storage tanks (underground and above ground) with pump room and lifting stations.
Attend the project related Meetings, Workshops and Presentations before the Clients, developers, and Government Agencies as and when required
Deliver the tasks within the time schedule.
Deliver the tasks within quality expectations.
Working on achieving the company’s objectives and goals
Lead a team to develop design solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner whilst complying with the requirements of the stakeholders
1.Review and approval of quality control procedures prior to start the installation, Inspection, testing and commissioning of all system
2.Expertise and extensive experience in design review and supervision of HVAC system \[Heat exchanges, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs and split A/c unit\] Pre -testing and commissioning of Electro Mechanical system and Equipment.
3.Expertise and extensive experience in design review and supervision of FAN system \[ Exhaust fans,
smoke extract fans, stair pressurization fans, jet fans and parking smoke supply and extract fans\]
4.Expertise and extensive experience in design review and supervision of plumbing systems \[ Drainage systems, Hot and cold water supply systems and Water storage facilities\]
5.Expertise and extensive experience in design review and supervision of Fire fighting systems \[ Sprinkler systems\] fire suppression system \[ NOVEC, FM - 200, CO2 and Foam system\]
6.Expertise and extensive experience in design review and supervision of Irrigation system and dewatering system, water features, fuel oil system, Garbage Shute system and Building Management system, Grey water treatment plant, water treatment plant, laundry and kitchen equipment installation.
7.Having a sound knowledge of equipment Selection of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting system based on design schedule and criteria.
8.Checking Contractor’s shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs and any other Tech. queries based on the Project requirement.
9.Construction supervision and coordination with other engineering discipline to ensure timely completion of project within budget on schedule.
10.Experience in reviewing construction documentation and providing valuable design input and direction.
11.Excellent technical knowledge of hydraulics, piping systems, pumps and Equipment. .

Supervise the work on site, examine the plant materials and workmanship employed, receive the supplier / contractor’s notices of work being ready for inspection or tests to be carried out and attend as soon as possible.
Experience in reviewing construction documentation and providing valuable design input and direction.
Excellent technical knowledge of hydraulics, piping systems, pumps and Equipment.
Interfacing and working with client in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Regular visits to project site to ensure quality of works is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice only approval material are used, compliance with shop drawings and reports any deviations to project manager.
Implement overall project operation and maintenance strategy that will ensure a seamless hand over from contractor to operation at taking over the project
