A professional Electrical Engineer over 15 years of experience in PM-CM of Electrical activities
with the knowledge of Project Management, Construction Management in High rise
Residential and commercial buildings. An in-depth knowledge of Electrical Services for BMS,
Electrical lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Home Automation, Voice Evacuation system, Electrical
Centralized Hot Water system, HVAC related Electrical system etc. Review and approval of
Shop Drawings Submittal, Material submittal, Materials Delivered to Site, Method of
Statement, Inspection Test Plan, Hazard Identification and Risk Management, Work
Inspection Request, issuance and closure of NCR, SCR, witnessed Testing and Commissioning,
snagging & de- snagging, review of technical reports, IFC & as -built drawings, O & M manual
and training manual reviews, project dossier reviews, within the Project Management and
Construction Management.

Responsibilities
o Serve as the senior site representative in the capacity of Senior Electrical Engineer for all
matters related to construction management/ quality assurance of all electrical works.
o Review & recommend the technical submittal for the project MEP Tender.
o Monitor the electrical works for conformance with the provision of contract documents
and the procedure manual.
o To evaluate (review & approval) for technical compatibility of all Electrical & low voltage
system material submittals & shop drawings against contract drawings, project
specifications, statutory requirements, local & international regulation codes.
o Review & implementation of value Engineering proposed by contractor.
o Prepare recommendations on the claims submitted by contractor for variation orders.
o Review & preparation of discrepancies in design documents
o Acts as a coordinator between MEP designer & client and verify the design documents at
different stages of preparation.
o Coordinate & supervise the work for all electrical 1st, 2nd and 3rd fix items, activities &
operation.
o Liaise with all local authorities having jurisdiction over the project.
o Receive/action on Request for Information (RFI) received from contractors, relevant to
o Electrical work, drawings and specifications.
o Lead and attend technical co-ordination/progress meeting held with contractor/client
and present options and solutions as required.

Responsibilities:
oInspection and supervision of all the MEP activities like firefighting, water supply, centralized hot water
circulation system for electrical heating, fire suppression system, chilled water HVAC system, District
coolingsystem etc.
oReview and Execution of Chilled Water Pipes, Air Ducts & Condensate Drain, Monitor and track MEP
Sequenceof Works. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, final fix and Test.
oTargets Project Completion, Start Up and successful Testing and Commissioning.
oApproval of Shop Drawing, Verification of execution of the work by the contractors as per
approvedshop drawings, Specification, BOQ and Authority regulations for all the activities of MEP.
oAttending site issues and pushing for the timely completion of every milestone of the works at
theproject as the client’s representative for the smooth functioning of the project.
oStrict verification of schedule of BMS and Authority approved Electrical & Water supply drawings and
supervision of all the MEP works in mechanical plant rooms, and execution of electrical works in the
wholepodium area.
oManage the production of BMS shop drawings for the concern area of responsibility.
oManaging the design of electrical system when required, manage the production of shop drawings,
materialtechnical submittals, method statements, etc.
oOrganizing, planning and coordinating the entire electrical works with mechanical, civil and other
discipline including requirement analysis, finalizing scope of works as per specifications and contract etc.
