Senior executive manager for Alawael Captive insurance company licensed with Qatat Financial Centre Regulatory Authority. Responsible for the daily management of the company as well as credit risk department.
I worked as head of collections & recovery & the as a manager in alternative distribution channels in retail banking.
I started as corporate collection officer, then head of collections, and I left the company as Admin & customer relations manager. the company extends the services of credit rating and debt collections to banke & big companies.
Responsible for management of translation dept. for all legal docs. & the office magazine.
Collection of receivables from customers & follow up of past dues.
I did post graduate diploma in business administration at University of Juba. I made my research on Role of remedial management in mitigation of credit risk in banking industry.
