Administered technical, investigative, and quality control work to improve production efficiency. Supported design and PDS teams to implement pattern changes from first fit to finished products. Managed delivery procedures, fitting red seals with designers, and signed off specification charts in accordance with pre-defined critical paths and company policies. Delivered training to offshore suppliers and directed garment construction according to company methods of production and specification charts.
Key Accomplishments:
•Achieved significant business growth by successfully launching new petite sizes across the Group.
•Developed and implemented user-friendly graded specification charts, by using more imagery, to improve product quality and overcome language barriers arising from suppliers.
