The duties of this position include,
a. Developing and implementing an IT strategy in support of PMC’s mission and objectives.
b. Maintenance and monitoring of IT Networks (LAN and WAN), connectivity and Network Security.
c. Supervision of building a new Testing Center for Palestinian Board Exams.
The duties of this position included administration of the computer network in HQ and the domain offices and introduce a best solution to manage security in the entire network.
The duties of this position included introduce a best solution to computer network troubleshooting which include mainly Windows 2003 server and Cisco routers.
The duties of this position included working as;
A. Administration of the Engineering Faculty computer network and Webpage.
B. An Instructor in Computer Networks Lab, Microcomputer Control Lab and Digital Design Lab.

In this Thesis a new client-server model is introduced to deliver large images over slow networks, faster, without loosing any data of the image or affecting its quality. That model is called “Progressive Transmission of Images over Slow Networks (PTIS)”. PTIS is implemented using a RabbIT2 proxy server
