Assist in the Reconciliation of bank, Petty Cash, Staff and Travel Advances & other Balance Sheet Accounts.
Assist in preparing Monthly Finance Reports including Internal Finance and Cost Recovery reports for Programmed Staff and Managements Reports.
Assist in updating and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
Assist in purchasing as Necessary.
Assist with internal & external audit.
Filing of all financial documents and bank statements.
