Responsible for complete execution of the Mechanical works since receiving the project from the project manager.
•Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical / Design aspects of the projects. Concept/Design discussions with the clients and Architects.
•To review design of Mechanical system including drawing, specifications/data sheets and bills of quantities.
• After reviewing drawings Performing Cooling and Heating Load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, Esp calculations, pump head calculations based on Ashrae, smacna, DW 144 standards to cross check the design
•Preparing the inquiry, following quotations, preparing submittals, material approval & delivery schedule and drawings approval schedule.
•Ordering the materials after consultant approvals which include chillers, pumps, ahu, fahu, fcu, fans, ducting, insulations, dampers, water supply & drainage piping manhole covers, air outlets etc.
•Mobilizing work force and materials at the site.
•Manage and coordinate the site activities as per contractual scope of work and define the required resources and contract schedule and assigned budget.
•Co-ordination with architectural and structural & all MEP work.
•Checking the weekly and monthly progress, dealing with consultant, reporting the project manager and to the project management team.
•Monitoring the subcontractors work progress, checking the quality of work as per specification and approved drawings.
•Responsible to ensure the technical accuracy of the project and recognize when the technical problems are developing in various disciplines initiate appropriate corrective plans.
•Responsible for working with provisions and guidelines of the quality assurance system relevant to the company standards.
•To provide support for Installation, Inspecting & testing, commissioning.
•Handing over the project to the client with operations manuals & warranty certificates.
• Worked as HVAC engineer.
• Preliminary planning based on Architectural drawings.
• Concept/Design discussions with clients and Architects.

• Ventilation Designing Smoke exhaust, staircase pressurization, lobby pressurization & make air ducts on Flameshield specifications.
• Co-ordinating with client & consultant for the approval from flameshield.
• Giving Inductions for workers & engineers about Flameshield specifications.
• Inspecting the Mock up installation.
• Daily visits to site to ensure that the installation standards to be comply with flameshield.
• Ensure about all material supplied to be comply with flameshield specifications.
• Preparing daily logs and reports and maintaining records of inspections made.
• Sending reports for non-compliance to the contractor.
• arranging final inspections with Flameshield representative.
• Awarding certificates of compliance.
