Assistant Manager Accounts:
Directly reporting to Manager Accounts and Finance Manager:
• Responsible to manage 05 regional offices all over Pakistan.
• Supervision of all accounts/finance transactions all over Pakistan.
• Supervision of all Bank Payments, Bank Receipts, Cash Payments
• Supervision of all types of vouchers i.e.( BPV, BRV, CPV, JV)
• Supervision of clients/parties invoices • Disbursement of salary.
• Monthly Stock and Material reconciliation
• Parties Ledger reconciliation and Bank reconciliation.
• Deals with Bank related issues.
• Import LC arrangements
• Issuance of bank guarantees
• Designing of new Chart of Accounts.
• Experience of using QUICK BOOK
• Managing finance & funds.
• Budgeting of regional offices.
• Supervision of recoveries/receivables against invoices.
Directly reporting to Finance Manager
• Maintenance of day to day transactions.
• Preparation of daily vouchers (CPV, BPV, BRV, JV).
• Dealing with the bank related issues.
• Monthly reporting to Donner.
Directly Reports to head Quarter and responsible for followings:
• Preparation of Daily Collection Report.
• Preparation of Daily Bank Report
• Bank Reconciliation
• Peachtree Accounting Software
• Posting & Casting of Vouchers
• Vouchers include( J.V, BPV, BRV, CPV)
• Preparation & Maintenance of Financial Statements.
• Record of Receivable/ Recovery Status.
• Preparation of petty cash expenses details.
• Preparation of Monthly & Annual Reports.
• Disbursement of salaries.
