Selling saving and protection plans
The training programme contained multiple tasks including secretarial tasks, entering data to the system and helping employees in solving their problems by guiding them and doing whatever possible to save their time and fix the problem.
The basic work tasks were as the following:
Giving details to customers about their car insurance as well as other insurance such as travel and health insurances.
producing quotations.
Renewal insurance.
Explaining products of medical and travel insurance to customers.
Answering the phone.
During high school I was a member of secondary student team that delivered presentation on cultural and civilization diversity for USA impasses. Also I honored Secondary Student for creative monument design.
