Business Development Manager
List new developers with Tamweel PJSC, which requires the following:
• Identify new Developers/Projects that meet with Tamweel Criteria and initiate negotiations with the concerned departments/personnel
• Recommend the candidate Developer/Project to the Management by raising appraisals supported with sufficient details, documents, research and comprehensive due diligence. Management
approval must be obtained by Business Development prior to financing any unit within the recommended project.
• Coordinate with Product Development Department to decide on the product that would suit the particular project. Assist Product Development team to create innovative products when needed.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department and Sharia to draft the required agreements (None disclosure
Agreement, Cooperation Agreement, MOU, Purchase and Sale Agreement..etc)

• Assist the Sales Department to set the Sales Strategy, in terms of setting financial targets, prices,
target market, assigning personnel for different projects etc.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure that the message passed from the Developer and Tamweel are consistent. Media coverage, logo, leaflets and other collaterals are to be approved by Tamweel.
• Monitor payments and meeting financial commitments as per agreement with the Developer.
• Provide full support to all departments and liaising with Developers and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and maintain relationship with existing developers by: • Conduct regular meetings and visits to keep updated with the various activities in the market and precisely Tamweel partners
• Monitoring the status and development of the approved projects by Tamweel, to reserve our
customers' interests.
• Facilitate consolidation activities when the Developer initiates such transactions, bearing in mind the different implications that might accrue (Legal, Operational, Technical, Financial Etc)
Business Development is in charge of coordinating all activities between departments starting from negotiations till execution.
• Working closely with Developers towards meeting the deadlines and give handover to our mutual
customers. Handle and raise Customers' concerns and complaints to the Developer.
• Cross sell other products offered by Tamweel such as Escrow, retailing projects etc
3. HSBC Middle East Bank (SEP, 2005 - SEP, 2007)
Corporate Banking Manager
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients who make an annual turnover between USD20M to USD70M.
Responsibilities are as below: • Conducting the annual renewals and preparing proposals for new/extension of credit limits.
• Providing analytical support, credit investigation and developing credit information for use by the
Credit Committee in the decisions on new, renewal, and extension of credit limits.
• Spread and make interpretive analysis of financial information for potential and existing loans.
• Prepare credit proposals and present facts reflecting the credit worthiness of a proposal; ensure
adherence to credit policy and risk management goals of the Bank; identify the strengths and weaknesses of a credit.
• To review financial statements and related information to determine borrowers' adherence to loan
covenants.
• Maintain control over facilities, noting account conduct/ repayment progress, watching for any
developing problems.
• Monitoring daily reports for excesses and regularizing customers account.
• Marketing/cross selling of various HSBC financial products and actively involved in converting
customers to E-banking channels.
Assistant Manager - Corporate Banking
• Preparation of simple to fairly complex credit proposals / facility review in the form of CARM
applications (which includes in-put of financial information, customer statistics and other information to the Credit Approval & Relationship Management (CARM) system, analysis of financials, and prepare the write-up as per the standard format) for the customers belonging to the Relationship
Management team.
• Collate quick explanations/replies to Middle East management (MEM) Credit Risk Management
(CRM) on the queries raised on the CARMs submitted.
• Assist in monitoring customer accounts and proposing corrective and timely action for potentially bad
accounts.

• Assist RMs in monitoring of customer profitability through MI reports and prepare average utilization
reports relating to the allocated RMs portfolio on a quarterly basis.
• Prepare internal and external correspondence on behalf of RM's.
