engagement and business strategy. Responsibilities included:
- Analysing regional and client profitability
- Building budgets and providing financial analysis to project managers
- Evaluating the monthly P&L to reconcile variances between forecast
budget and actual revenue.
- Producing timely and reliable financial reports on a monthly basis or as
required by the senior management including the CFO, Managing Director
and/or Deputy Managing Director.
- To effectively communicate and be the main resource between the
finance department and the client facing teams.
- Leading the monthly revenue recognition process for IMEA.
- Delivering key project financial management training to project managers.
- Actively involved in the sales process through client meetings and working
with teams to create presentations, proposals and contracts to facilitate
and close the sales process.
- Solely responsible for building and maintaining the rolling forecast process
for UAE and Qatar.
Formerly knowns as Orca Digital) builds and manages telecoms and
media platforms, their products include telecoms & mobile payments, live
streaming and TV clip sharing platforms. Responsibilities included:
- Presenting monthly reports for strategic planning analysing Direct and Online
trends - direct to the CEO
- Using large data sets to investigate key trends and KPIs
- Ability to create aesthetic reports containing different types of data and
presentation methods to present to senior management
- Shaping marketing campaigns through data analysis, modelling and
forecasting reports.
- Calculation of client revenue/invoices, maintenance of reconciliations and
contract compliance
