Personnel:
• Responsible of the administration of the Personnel system with all the details.
• Responsible for the hiring process documentations.
• Preparing all HR letters upon employees’ request.
• Preparing all experience letters upon request.
• Handling all outsourced issues.
Social insurance:
• Preparing all the social insurance documents
• Handle all labor &social insurance office issues
• Preparing Form 6 -Form 1 for new comers and resigned employees
Medical insurance:
• Requesting the medical cards for new employees
• Do the process of medical deletions
• Handling the invoices and payments of the medical insurance
• Handling all the claims for all employees
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Answering employee requests and questions
• Maintaining and regularly updating database of each employee
• Prepares new employee files and files papers and documents into appropriate employee files
• Assists with recruitment and interview process, Also with the termination process
Review, screening, maintaining applications and resume
•Making phone interview and one to one interview with candidate
Dealing with the paper of clients that we export from them
•Answer calls, schedule, coordinate meetings and appointments from our clients
Answering the clients request about reserve their appointment to the embassies, Tell them the required document
