At SHUKR LLC, some of my job requirements needed me to take charge of handling and approving all International and UK orders before charging orders. My responsibilities also included being an online customer care representative, thus I was in charge of changing order details if required, answering customer questions and concerns, and aiding customers with whatever they may need. I was also in charge of creating invoices for all approved orders. I maintained customer relations through correspondence with all UK and International clientele.
