• Screens work notifications initiated by Operations personnel and determines disposition (approve, reject, postpone). Reviews issue description for clarity and completeness.
• Collaborates with Maintenance Planners to validate requirements for work packages. Provides feedback to ensure clear and accurate work scope.

• Daily review of new work notifications including understanding the scope, screening for quality and need, setting priorities, and placing the proper code in SAP.
• Lead daily and weekly scheduling meeting to review work completed previous day/week, work being done and finalize the next work day/week.
• Post daily schedule for Operators each day to ensure communication of work to be accomplished and that required equipment is shut-down and cleaned up prior to maintenance work starting

•Check daily activity schedules and User shipment order to ensure shipments details and loading authority are in place and user has enough products inventories at the tank farm

•Integrates Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Programs principles in all work activities

•Fully aware of SABIC SHEMs (Safety Health Environment Management) and being Sub-Element administrator of five element and ensuring full compliance with regard to practices and procedures

•Participate in RCA's (Root Cause Analysis).

• Routine Inspection and Continuous Monitoring of the Tank Farm / Jetty Equipment

I have Participate as operation leader for pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up in Ibn Rushd new project located at sabtank Yanbu that include two tanks for Raffinate & reformate product, firefighting system, loading pumps, potable water and N2 system.

Arrangement of the manpower as per their skill in plant. Follow-up staff development and performance. Routine jobs and other jobs distribution to panel/field operators as per Engineers instruction. Taking corrective measures for abnormalities, emergency and failure. Troubleshooting of the process operations during power failure, Instrument air failure, and Utility and DCS failure. Plant Startup and shutdown activities. Co-ordinate with the technical & Maintenance Service department to solve the problem. To coordinate with Engineers and DCS/Field Operators for trouble free operation maintenance and calibration of process instruments. Troubleshoot plant operations and take corrective actions. Strict follow-up of safety and environmental rules as per SHEM standard. Strict control of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. Hazard identification and risk assessment before doing the job. Job control and completion as per work permit system. Issue various types of Safe work permits.
