That was project based job, our project was OCR ( optical Character Recognition) which converts printed text into digital images file. I supervised and gave trainings to all agents who work on this project. hiring staff, update their tasks and targets. preparing their salary slips. maintain data or records regarding in-house and online agents.
direct feeling with customers regarding our packages and plans. maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommmonding new opportunities, recommending profits or benefits.
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with CEO and other management to achieve revenue goals. Mantained office records and update customer data. Assigned duties to technical staff, update list of clients, making calls, resolving queries of clients and update staff data with salaries. Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
Making contect with community in RAHA project area. conducted interviews of beneficiaries & hosts in project area. Supervised and monitored the site in field area and provide technical support to field staff to develop linkages with other key players working in the field area..
Making contact with local farming communities especially with rural women and males.

I did my duties as Socail organizer or social mobilizer in Gazi Barotha Taraqiyati Idara, Attock. I connected with men and women in project targeting area, conducted community meetings, worked on their skill development for enhancing their ability to raise their income or empowering them, also offered them our financial services and also worked on building infrastructure with corporations of community. maintained proper record of daily activities and submitted to authorities.
This practical project does help to attain loads of knowledge about the predominant function performed by banking sector.
I did my master’s in International Relation.
