- Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
- Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats, or features and provide samples of
previous work for other clients

- Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts
- Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising
- Sell ads for publications.
- Perform cold calling to get the attention of possible clients.

To deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies.

•Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
•Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.

Promote strong internal controls through proactive identification/communication of issues.
•Ensure adherence to Corporate Accounting standards and risk policies.

•Acting as an Audit access SPOC by having control on the application access- By raising access required access of applications or deleting the unnecessary access to all the members in the team.
•Have been SPOC in various committees
•Making sure that junior employees reach their full potential through constant evaluation, coaching and training.
•Supporting and advising junior members of staff.
•Working hard to maintain a good working relationship with other company departments.
