Tasks included, but not limited to: inspections, audits, assessments, safety meetings, risk identification, risk assessments, incident investigation, and incident reporting, including development of remedial action plans. Identify and work to eliminate site hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor toward achieving an injury-free work place, identify, and resolve site level HSSE issues, ensure management apprised of significant safety issues, improvements, and also resolving issues. Organize and coordinate training programs. Provide assistance to and participate in risk assessment JSA, TBT, H2S, support for training Fire Fighting, and other matters related to emergency preparedness and response.
1. Check all safety procedures and specifications on work sites.
2. Carry up all safety training for staff, subcontractor and visitors.
3. Insure right safety application on different sites.
4.Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Hazardous Chemical, PPE System, H2S Awareness, , Lifting operation, Confined space entry and other required training activities.
1.Responsible for staff working in electric department.
2.Check connection wires and work for panles and transformer.
3.Check procedures and specification for work site.
The time of study in technical college is 4 years and during study in summer holiday there is practical training for second year and third year the second year training inside thermal power station and third year training inside train station.
