Corrective, Preventive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance of instruments in Gathering centre &
Booster Station. Crude oil desalting plant, Oil & Gas Separators & Scrubber, Inst.Air Compressor,
Heaters, desalters, degassing towers & flare KO drum. Assisting for plant start-up to operational
activities.

Maintenance, Servicing, Trouble shooting and Calibration of the
Control valves, Level, Flow, Pressure, Temperatures switches, I/Ps and all type of positioners.
Pressure Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, and Sealed diaphragm type of
Level troll pneumatic & electronics. Assisting Heater startup, desalter, flare & many other
Process equipment’s.

Occupational duties: Carry out under supervision, a variety of maintenance and repair work on site or in the
workshop on a range of pneumatic and electronic instruments related to the operating systems for Main
Gathering Center (MGC). Coordinates activities with operations, mechanical and electrical Supervisory
personnel.
The plant operation includes Crude oil, Gas and Water separation, Effluent water injection and Disposal
facilities. The plant comprises of Production separators, Test separators, Crude oil heaters, Crude oil desalters,
Non-Business Use
Degassing towers, Oil storage tank age, Crude shipping skids, and Gas scrubbers, Knock out drums, Custody
transfer shipping facilities, Crude oil manifolds, and Instrument air plants.
