Fleet Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Managing vehicles and maintenance, ensuring the safety of team members as
per security and fleet management guidelines.
- Responsibility for ensuring regular communication and coordination with other SCI
staff concerning: transport vehicles, logistics activities and administration related to
vehicle logs and reports.
- Supporting the delivery of effective Programs, in both development and humanitarian
contexts, by Transportation as I support the manager in scheduling and ensuring
that all staff movements are recorded on an up-to-date basis.
- Responsible for checking the online car reservation system to ensure that the cars
are used by the staff according to SC regulations and track vehicles movement.
- Checking the route, road, location of destination and security before each journey·

- Ensuring all trip details recorded on movement’s board prior to departure (time of
departure, passengers, names, destination, and expected time of arrival).
- I oversee maintenance of vehicles, approve repairs, and keep records of maintenance
and legal documents of vehicle ownership, license, registrations and insurance
renewed on time.
- I conduct daily and weekly checks. · Ensure all fuel tanks are refilled before reaching
half-full level; ensuring vehicle has full tank of fuel at the end of each day. Moreover,
I ensure vehicle is clean (inside and outside) and has required equipment and security
assets (e.g. 2 bottles of water, tools, jack, medical box, telephone charger, maps, and
documentation).
