Managing the wealth Sales and Development teams in the country, and reporting directly to the country Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and the Regional Head of Wealth Management.

4) Laid out and started executing a new wealth strategy for 2017-2019
5) Reviewed, designed, and rolled out a new wealth sales process
6) Expanded the Wealth proposition offerings to all clients’ segments
7) Improved issuance cycle TAT from 37 days to 6 days YoY
8) Reduced Sales Quality errors from 10% to 5% YoY

Managing HSBC Abu Dhabi’s premier & wealth team, consisting of 27 premier staff, including 4 Managers, 13 Premier Wealth Relationship Managers, 3 VIP Relationship Manager, and 7 Premier Service Managers.
Responsibilities included:
1) Leading the Abu Dhabi Premier team and work closely with Head of Retail and Wealth in AD, and the Regional Head of Wealth Management
2) Implement the Wealth sales and service strategy in Abu Dhabi
3) Achieve acquisitions, activities, outcome & control KPIs through team’s delivery of the highest standards of advice and relationship management.
4) Work with the regional team and help implementing best practices and streamline processes in the MENA region.

1) Growing the business productivity by 12% YoY
2) Growing business relationships with VIPs and Ruling family clients in Abu Dhabi by 20%
3) Implement the Regional Wealth sales and service strategy in Abu Dhabi
4) Improved Sales Quality results in Abu Dhabi from being the bottom branch in 2014 to become the second best in 2015 with 95% pass rate
5) Regionally, involved in implementing industry’s best practices to improve optimization and streamline processes at HSBC Wealth Management business in the MENA region
